Ji Xiao Feng is a Chinese actor, born in Heilongjiang and graduated from the Performance Department of Hebei Provincial Art School. He began his acting career in 1994 under the name Ji Yong Qing, and made his debut in the TV series "Du Shi Fang Niu".

In 2010, he won the Beijing Radio and Television Excellent TV Award for the anti-Japanese drama "Cang Hai", and also won the Most Influential Television Award. In 2011, he won the second prize of the 23rd Gold Star Awards for his performance in the movie "Pengsui Uprising Led by Kuang Jixun".
