Before debuting as a singer, she started her career as a child model and was an exclusive model for "Seventeen Japan" magazine from October 2019 to December 2021. She also had some minor acting roles in Japan and was signed with Asia Promotion.
However, she enjoyed watching and listening to K-pop, so she decided to move to South Korea and audition for the chance to become a trainee.
She made her debut in September 2024 as the group's vocalist and visual with their first digital single, "Meow". Most of the members had some previous experience in entertainment, modeling, music, and/or dance. So, The Black Label (더블랙레이블) decided to create a girl group following the concept of a cat. The name means "My Eyes Open VVide" with the W of wide split as two V's.
