Li Jia Qi or Austin Li is a Chinese internet celebrity, video announcer, singer, and teacher of Taobao writing and media courses at Jiangsu Normal University. He was born in Yueyang, Hunan, and started his webcasting career in Shanghai.

In 2011, he was accepted into Nanchang University, majoring in art and design. In 2015, after graduating from university, he became a beauty consultant for L'Oreal cosmetics in Nanchang.

In September 2018, he competed for the Guinness World Record for "the most people who wear lipstick in 30 seconds" and become the world record holder. Since then, he has been hailed as the "Lipstick Brother." In September of the same year, he was even invited to be the torchbearer for the Jakarta Asian Games. On October 17, 2019, he was selected on the Forbes 2019 China Under 30 Elite List.
