He made his debut as a solo artist in September 2017 with the self-written and produced digital single "All I Need Is", using the stage name $ept Rabbit. He also worked as a lyricist, writing songs for Park Ji Hoon and TEEN TEEN.
He then debuted in September 2020 as GHOST9's main vocalist, main rapper and producer with their first EP, "Pre Episode 1: Door".
In September 2021, Maroo Corp. (마루기획) announced his departure from the group and the agency as he intended to focus on his career as a soloist. He is currently an independent artist but not much information is known about his activities since he left GHOST9.
