Crystal Mu is a Taiwanese actress and TV host. She moved to Canada in middle school to further her studies and graduated from the University of British Columbia. She also attended the Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation at National Taiwan Normal University.

In 1999, she won the titles of Miss Chinese Vancouver and Most Photogenic at the Vancouver Chinese Miss pageant. After returning to Taiwan, she became a regular guest on various variety shows.

In 2016, she published a book titled "Jian Guo Ai Qing De Ren".

She married Shih Tian Wei in May 2014, holding a wedding banquet, and completed their marriage registration in May 2015.

Her uncle, Pan Wen Yen, was the former chairman of Yu Jing Energy Technology and a co-founder of United Renewable Energy Corporation.
