Guan Shao Zeng, born in Dongcheng District, Beijing, is an actor from mainland China of Manchu descent. He is the son of Guan Xuezeng, founder of Beijing Qinshu. His daughter is film and television actress Guan Xiaotong (Gabrielle Guan).
In sixth grade of elementary school he was admitted to the People's Liberation Army Art Academy dance department, but was not allowed to go home.
