Hwang Ji Sun is a South Korean singer, former member of the band Loveholics (previously known as Loveholic), professor and composer. She graduated from Hongseong Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Metal Craft Design from Seoul National University of Technology and a master's degree in Popular Music from Dankook University. She auditioned in 2003 and debuted as a vocalist for the band Loveholic but quit the band in 2007. She was about to retire from the industry completely, but decided to continue as a solo singer in 2009 after a trip to Okinawa, Japan to rest and think about her future. In 2010, she won the Female Ballad Singer Award at the Korea Entertainment Arts Awards. In 2011, she released her single "Wish" and married her horseback riding coach in 2014 and have one daughter. In 2016, she was formally appointed as a professor at the Department of Practical Music at Yongin University. She participated in "Sing Again" in 2020 and released a new single, "Rainbow", in 2022.
