Kim Min Young is a South Korean singer and member of BB GIRLS (브브걸, previously known as BRAVE GIRLS). She graduated from Sukji High School.

BRAVE GIRLS debuted in April 2011 but underwent several lineup changes. She joined in February 2016 as part of the group's second generation and debuted with the digital single "Changed" under Brave Entertainment (브레이브 엔터테인먼트). They had the risk of disbanding several times as they were not able to find enough opportunities to promote. All changed in 2021 when the single "Rollin'" began receiving attention, especially among those in the military. The single was released in 2017, but it was not until 4 years later that the group finally found some commercial success.

However, they ended up disbanding in February 2023, when their contracts expired. They released their final single, "Goodbye", the same day.

In May 2023, the group signed with a new agency, Warner Music Korea and switched the group's name to BB GIRLS, re-debuting with the single "One More Time".

In April 2024, Warner Music Korea released an official statement announcing the expiration of their contracts with BB GIRLS, followed by the announcement of Nam Yu Jeong's departure from the group.

In December 2024, GLG (그랜드라인그룹) announced that they had signed an exclusive contract with the group.
