Kao Ting Yv is a Taiwanese actor and model born in Panchiao, New Taipei, Taiwan.

After completing junior high school, Kao entered the workforce, taking on various jobs. While working as a security guard for a luxury brand, he was scouted by a talent agent, leading him to join a modeling agency. He subsequently appeared in TV commercials, print ads, music videos, and dramas and also worked as a model for direct mail advertisements, including for Taiwan's Ta-lun-fa (大潤發).

In October 2015, it was revealed that he had been in a relationship with An Chieh Hsi (安婕希), a member of the Taiwanese girl group Dears.
