Yoon Ji Sook is a South Korean actress. She graduated from Busan Dong Girls' High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Hotel and Tourism Studies from Dongrae Women's University and a master's degree in Performing Arts from Dongguk University.

She began working as a flight attendant for Korea Air in 1994, but after spending one year exclusively in international flights, she decided to quit due to stress. She was looking for other options, and a friend suggested she could work in the entertainment industry. She was chosen by both SBS and KBS, ultimately selecting the latter.

She made her debut in 1996 as part of the 18th open recruitment for talent at KBS and has continued her prolific career ever since.
