Kikuchi Eiichi
- Name: Kikuchi Eiichi
- Native name: きくち英一
- Also Known as: きくち えいいち, 菊池英一, 菊地映一
- Nationality: Japanese
- Gender: Male
- Born: August 21, 1942
- Age: 83
Initially aspiring to become an actor, Kikuchi auditioned for Nikkatsu's New Faces during his third year of high school but was not selected. Undeterred, he enrolled at Nihon University, where he joined the "Swordplay Fellowship" and made his film debut in 1962 with a part-time role in "Dassen Trio Oedo Sannin Otoko" (脱線トリオ大江戸三人男).
In 1964, while working on "Sengoku Guntoden" (戦国群盗伝), Kikuchi met actor Watanabe Takamitsu (渡辺高光), who later invited him to join the action team Japan Fighting Actors (JFA; ジャパン・ファイティング・アクターズ). Following a disagreement with Watanabe in 1974, JFA disbanded, and Kikuchi became a freelance actor. He later joined the Toei Actor Center (東映俳優センタ) in 1978.
Since 2004, Kikuchi has been teaching fight choreography at Tokyo Visual Arts (専門学校東京ビジュアルアーツ), a vocational school.
