Kang Na Hyun is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of HOT ISSUE (핫이슈), and current member of PRIMROSE (프림로즈). She graduated from Seonjeong High School, and before debuting, she spent almost 6 years as a trainee.

She made her debut in April 2021 as HOT ISSUE's leader and vocalist with their first EP, "Issue Maker". The group was managed by S2 Entertainment (S2엔터테인먼트) and faced a lack of promotion and almost no opportunities to perform on major networks, in part due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After a comeback in September of that year, no more updates were given by the agency until April 2022, when they announced the group's disbandment 6 days before their first anniversary.

She switched agencies and signed with AO Entertainment (AO 엔터테인먼트). She then re-debuted in September 2023 when she joined PRIMROSE as their new main vocalist with their second mini-album, "Laffy Taffy". The group debuted in January as a duo. However, member Yeum had to leave in March due to health reasons. The agency decided to expand the group, and she was selected after several auditions.
