As a child, Baifern practised rhythmic gymnastics and competed competitively. When she was still in grade six, Baifern was scouted by a modelling agency looking for new actors. She was persuaded to take an ad for student shoes, kicking off her career in the entertainment industry.
Baifern later signed with Channel 7 from 2010 to 2016 before becoming a freelance actor. She rose to fame with her role in the 2010 sleeper hit "Crazy Little Thing Called Love." For her role in the 2017 lakorn "Lhong Fai," she won the Nataraj Breakthrough Actress Award. In 2020, she won the Nataraj Best Actress Award for her role in "The Fallen Leaf." In 2024, she won the iQIYI iJOY TH 2025 Top Performance award for her work on "The Lady and Her Lovers" (ทองประกายแสด).
