Sheron Dayoc believe in compelling storytelling that captures the human experience to influence in creating a culture of thinking society. He is a Filipino director/producer who shifts from Fiction/non-fiction storytelling to TV Commercial directing.

His notable films are HALAW/Ways of the Sea (NETPAC Jury -2011 Berlinale, NETPAC Award – APSA 2011, Cinemalaya 2010 Best film), The Crescent Rising (Best Documentary – Busan IFF 2011, Best Documentary - Gawad Urian) and Women of the Weeping River, which won numerous local and international awards.

His full-length feature film " Women of the Weeping River " won several local and international awards and is being heralded by the Philippine’s National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) as one of the top 12 iconic films of the decade. CNN Philippines also picked the film as one of the top 25 greatest films of the decade.

He founded Southern Lantern Studios, a creative think tank and production company for multimedia short and long film and video content for various platforms. Edit Biography
