Billy Crawford is a Filipino-American actor, singer, songwriter, and television personality who at an early age was discovered while dancing in the top of the bowling alley, he then became part of an afternoon show called "That's Entertainment" in the Philippines. He then had the name of Billy Joe but he changed it recently to Billy Crawford.

The actor was born in Manila, Philippines, to a Filipino mother from Jaro, Iloilo City named Mayette Ledesma and an American father named Jack Crawford. He has two half-brothers.

He moved back to the United States during his teenage years and started a career in music. He used to perform mostly in the UK, sometimes visiting schools too, to do a gig.
