Lee Chan is a South Korean actor and singer who debuted in 1996 in the series "간이역".

Lee married actress Lee Min Young, his co-star in the 2004 series "Precious Family", on December 10, 2006, but the couple divorced after 12 days, with Lee Min Young suing her husband for domestic violence that she said caused her miscarriage and a broken nose which required reconstructive surgery. Lee Chan was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years.

Lee changed his legal name from Kwak Hyun Shik to Kwak Min Chan after the scandal.
