Tamon Niwa Andrew is a Japanese drama producer from Tokyo. He is also the director and general producer of the BS-TBS Media Business Bureau. He graduated from Seikei University.

He joined TBS in 1987, serving as an AD for "Tsukai Nari Yuki Bangumi Fuun! Takeshijo." His first produced drama was the 1995 drama special "Shusen 50-nen Tokubetsu: Kikaku Kochira Horyo Hosokyoku."

His grandfather is writer Niwa Fumio.
