You Chae Hoon is a South Korean leggero tenor and member of LA POEM (라포엠). He graduated from Pohang Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Vocal Music from Hanyang University.

In April 2020, he joined the survival show "Phantom Singer 3". He moved on to the team competition, where he was joined by 3 other contestants, forming LA POEM. The quartet went on to become the season's winners.

They released their first EP, "Scene#1", in December 2020 and have been managed by Studio Jamm (스튜디오잼) since March 2022.

For his individual activities, he is represented by Moss Music (모스뮤직).
