Choi Sung Hoon is a South Korean countertenor and member of LA POEM (라포엠). He graduated from Gyeongbuk Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Art History from Korea National University of Arts. He then moved to Europe, where he studied at the Paris City Conservatory of Music before earning a master's degree in Vocal Music from the Geneva National Conservatory of Music.

In April 2020, he joined the survival show "Phantom Singer 3". He moved on to the team competition, where he was joined by 3 other contestants, forming LA POEM. The quartet went on to become the season's winners.

They released their first EP "Scene#1" in December 2020 and are managed by Studio Jamm (스튜디오잼) since March 2022.

For his individual activities, he is not represented by any agency.
