Kosugi Yoshinobu is a Japanese television producer born in Shinminato, Toyama. He is the Vice-Chairman of Nippon Television Holdings and the Executive Vice Chairman of Nippon Television Network. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Commerce, after which he joined NTV in 1976.

After working as a producer on NTV, he has served as a director of NTV Group Holdings (NTV Group Planning), a president of NTV Video Corporation, a chairman of HJ Holdings, and a director of Tokuma Memorial Animation Culture Foundation.
