Yamazaki Wakana is a Japanese voice actor, narrator, and stage actress born in Yokohama, Kanagawa. She belongs to Aoni Production. She graduated from Doshisha University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Chemistry.

After graduating from university, she couldn't give up her dream of acting, so she attended Seijijuku Osaka School during the weekends while being an office worker, continuing her studies as a voice actress. She officially made her voice acting debut in "Kinkyu Hasshin Saver Kids," but didn't gain popularity until 1996 when she got the role of Mori Ran in "Detective Conan."
