Hwang Yoon Mi, later legally changed to Go Eun Chae, is a South Korean singer, dancer, model, musical actress, and former member of PAPAYA (파파야). She graduated from Dongduk Women's University with an associate's degree in Broadcasting Entertainment.

She made her debut in 1995 when she won the Johnson's Clean Face modeling contest and later had several appearances as a child actress.

She made her singing debut in August 2000 (using her real name) as the group's sub-vocalist with their first studio album, "Fairy Tale". They were managed by Winsome Media (윈섬미디어) and had some initial success as their debut album included music by several well-recognized producers in the South Korean industry. However, soon after the promotional period ended, she and Kang Kyung A began negotiating their departure from the agency, and the group simply disbanded in December 2001 after their departure.

She went on to become a musical actress but had very few opportunities to showcase her abilities. Her last known project was a commercial for a hangover relief drink in 2007, and after that, she quit the entertainment industry. In August 2012, she married musical actor Park Eun Tae, and the couple has three children. She is now active as his manager.
