The first theatrical animation feature movie "NITABOH, the Shamisen Master" was released in 2004, and the second movie "Japan, Our Homeland (Furusato-JAPAN)" was completed in 2006. Both films got high evaluation by the overseas film festivals.
"Nitaboh" went to win the Grand Prize for best feature film at the 10th Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival in 2006. Moreover it won the first prize of Public Award for Best Animated Film at the 11th Lyon Asian Film Festival in 2005 and was awarded Best Picture Youth Jury Award at the 7th REEL 2 REAL International Film Festival for Youth also in 2005. "Furusato Japan" won the Grand Prize of Public Award for Best Animated Film and the Grand Prize of Junior Jury Award, both at the 12th Lyon Asian Film Festival in 2006. Edit Biography
