He attended Ma On Shan Methodist Primary School from 2001 to 2007 and then continued his studies at the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Chan Chun Ha Secondary School from 2007 to 2013. In late 2017, he graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Social Work and Social Administration, becoming a registered social worker and working as a program coordinator at the Hong Kong Christian Youth Association.
In 2018, he appeared in his first TV drama, "Rescue in the Dark." Apart from hosting programs and acting in TV dramas, he also worked as a part-time social worker to develop his career in the entertainment industry.
His cousin is TVB actor Lam King Ching.
