Jang Ki Yong is a South Korean actor and model managed by UAA. He was born in Ulsan, South Korea. He graduated from Seokyeong University, majoring in model acting. He began his career as a South Korean model in 2012 during Seoul Fashion Week. He enlisted for his mandatory military service on August 23, 2021, and he was discharged on February 22, 2023.

In 2012, he was selected as one of twelve promising rookie models by the Korea Model Association during his debut year. He won the Fashion Model Award at the 2014 Asian Model Awards ceremony, and the same year, he debuted as an actor in the 2014 SBS series, "It's Okay That's Love" (괜찮아, 사랑이야).

In 2018, for his work on "Come and Hug Me" (이리와 안아줘), he won the Excellence Award at the MBC Drama Awards.

On February 23, 2025, UAA announced that Jang Ki Yong had signed an exclusive contract with the agency.
