Lee Hyuk Jae is a South Korean comedian. He graduated from Incheon High School before going on to obtain a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Inha University.

In 1999, Hyuk Jae made his debut as part of the 10th open recruitment for comedians at MBC. He enjoyed some popularity during the 2000s, however, he was involved in a series of rumors and controversies which culminated with him assaulting another person in 2010 and he was banned from appearing on KBS, SBS and EBS. One year later, he began making appearances in several MBC programs, but he began generating more controversies as he did not pay his employees and had a lot of debts.
