Betty Chi, born Chi Hsin Yv (紀欣妤), is a Taiwanese singer and a member of the girl group A'N'D under Komi Production (可米製作). She began her career as a child star, appearing in various print advertisements and endorsements. Betty graduated from Taipei Private Yuda Senior Business and Home Economics Vocational School (臺北市私立育達高級商業家事職業學校), where she majored in performing arts, and later attended Taipei City University of Science and Technology (臺北城市科技大學) to further specialize in the same field. Her younger sister, Chi Hsin Ling (紀欣伶), is also a child star.
