He married Japanese singer-songwriter LiSA on January 22, 2020. It was revealed that Tatsuhisa was cheating on his wife with A (20s), who works at a recording studio in Tokyo and is a fan of Suzuki.
In August 2021, he was rushed to a hospital in the Minato Ward, Tokyo and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. At one point, he was put on a ventilator. However, he was able to persevere, and his condition began to improve. Later, his agency confirmed that he would be taking a hiatus from all entertainment activities due to his poor health.
On April 25, 2023, his first child, with his wife LiSA, was born. His rock band OLDCODEX disbanded on May 31, 2023.
On October 31, 2023, he announced his departure from the agency "I'm Enterprise" and transitioned to freelance work.
