Fu Hua Dao is an actor in Mainland China. Born in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, he went to the United States to study in 2013, majoring in international relations at George Washington University, with a minor in journalism and media. After graduating, he went on to the New York Film Academy and majored in film and television performance and minored in film production. In 2019, he obtained a master's degree in art, and returned to China to start his acting career.
