Kim Gyu Seon is a South Korean actress, born in Seoul Metropolitan City and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Theater of Dongguk University. She was a girl group trainee but quit after one month when she felt she had no singing talent.

Kim made her debut in the 2010 MBC drama "The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry" but failed to make a breakthrough. While struggling through a slump, she travelled alone to London. In April 2017, she married a non-celebrity with whom she met during her overseas study.

In 2018, she came into prominence after appearing in the movie "High Society". Although the film itself was not well received, her unconventional acting attracted much attention. After 12 years of debut, she has her first lead role in the 2022 MBC drama "The Witch's Game".
