Cho Yoon Kyoung, known professionally as DeVita and also as Chloe Cho, is a South Korean-American hip-hop singer. She was born in South Korea, but her family moved to Chicago in 2009, and she spent her teenage years there.

She first appeared on TV as a contestant in "K-Pop Star Season 3" in 2013. After the show, she returned to the US and began uploading music on SoundCloud. She became known to Korean producers who contacted her. She signed with 8BallTown in 2018 and collaborated with several rappers before debuting, including Jay Park.

In early 2020, Jay Park announced she had signed with his label, AOMG (에이오엠지), and made her debut in April 2020 with the mini-album, "Crème".
