Jung Yun Ho, also known professionally as U-Know Yun Ho or simply as U-Know, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, actor, and member of TVXQ (동방신기). He graduated from Gwangil High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Musical Performance from Myongji University and a master's degree in Applied Music from Cheongwoon University.

He was recruited in 2000 after he passed an audition at SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트) in Seoul. He was placed in 4 project groups that ended up being cancelled, including one called FOUR SEASONS (alongside future SUPER JUNIOR members Kang In and Kim Hee Chul and his own future group mate Kim Jae Joong).

He made his debut in December 2003 as TVXQ's leader, main rapper, main dancer, vocalist and center with their first single, "Hug". The 5-member group was immediately launched into mainstream recognition, and their first 4 albums received chart-topping commercial success in South Korea, with "Mirotic" winning the Golden Disk Award for Album of the Year. They became one of the first K-pop groups to establish a solid fanbase in Japan and were signed by Avex Group (エイベックス・グループ) to represent them in the country.

In October 2006, he was rushed to the hospital after drinking a beverage laced with superglue given by an anti-fan. The person turned herself in the next day, but he contacted the police and requested that they not press charges against the anti-fan despite the potentially fatal consequences of her actions.

But, despite TVXQ's huge success, they fell into legal turmoil and internal conflict when members Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoo Chun, and Kim Jun Su attempted to split from SM in late 2009. He decided to stay loyal to the agency, and the group stopped promoting together. In the meantime, he suffered from depression as he was blamed by the fans for not doing enough as the leader to keep all 5 members together.

TVXQ returned with him and Shim Chang Min only in 2011 with the fifth album, "Keep Your Head Down", which continued their legacy as one of Asia's top-sellers.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on July 21, 2015, and was discharged on April 20, 2017.

After serving, he has been active as an actor, he made his debut as a solo artist in June 2019 with the mini-album, "True Colors", and continues to actively promote as part of TVXQ.
