Kamikokuryo Moe is a Japanese idol born in Kumamoto, Japan. She originally debuted in the entertainment industry as a fourth-generation member of the group ANGERME (formerly known as S/mileage), joining the group in 2016. Kamikokuryo originally auditioned to become a 2014 generation Morning Musume member but failed to pass auditions despite making it through to the training camp.

After, she had a distaste for Hello!Project groups and songs until the release of ANGERME's single "Taiki Bansei", which motivated her to try and audition for the company again, but this time for ANGERME. Thankfully, she passed auditions and was later announced to be the sole fourth-generation member in 2016, making her debut with the group with the late April single "Tsugitsugi Zokuzoku / Itoshima Distance / Koi Nara Tokku ni Hajimatteru".

Later, she made her acting and modeling debut, appearing in various TV programs, movies, and modelling gigs. Her first role as an actress came as a small role in the TV drama "#Kanojo ga Shiritai Honto no 〇〇", appearing as an amateur high school singer.

Despite Moe's solo activities, she is still a member of ANGERME.
