Edy Hsiao is a Taiwanese actor, singer, and television personality, and the lead vocalist of the boy band Energy. Before joining the group, Edy was friends with future bandmates Toro and Kunda, and attended a music school due to his interest in singing. He became Energy's lead vocalist after the school closed.

During the group's peak, Edy suffered a back injury from demanding dance routines, resulting in a herniated disc. After completing the recording for their 2005 album "The Final Paradise", he took a temporary leave in June that year to recover. The members of Energy eventually went their separate ways in 2009.

In 2024, Edy rejoined Energy, now under Believe Music (相信音樂), marking his return to the music scene.
