Yang Fan (born January 26, 1990) is a model and singer from Xuzhou, China. Before debut, he was a teenage internet celebrity under the name Zemeidao (泽美道). He was the 26th week champion of Pengcheng Karaoke King (彭城K歌王), a singing contest in Xuzhou. He was regarded as one of China's top straight-out-of-a-comic-book flower boy influencers along with his friends Lian Xun and Bai Xiaoyan.

In 2008, Yang Fan debuted in boy group HIT-5, whose members consisted of his childhood friends. He filmed his first drama "Private Park" in 2011. He rose to fame as singer when competing against music groups in reality tv talent show "Asian Wave" in 2012. After the disbandment of HIT-5 in 2015, Yang Fan left the entertainment industry. He married model Ji Jiaxi in 2016.
