He made his debut in 2016 with a role in the musical "Tobacco Shop Girl". In early 2019, OD Entertainment decided to create two groups from the actors that participated in the musical "Grease", and he was included as part of the 5-member boy group THE T-BIRDS (티버드), debuting in March of that year with the single "Rock Star". While the group has not been officially disbanded, they haven't promoted or recorded much since early 2020.
He is now focused on his musical theater career. He is represented by UMake Company (유메이크컴퍼니).
