I went into this drama with nothing but the synopsis. The episode showed me this was a great show, but later on this show made me realize I was a fool who was only seeing what I wanted to see. If I went into this fully knowing this is a diety-worshiper drama i could of enjoyed this much more. The drama has its perks but I was sold on perks that simply never came.

My head is clear now, this drama was a drama. That is all that can be said. 🙏 blessing to u all.

Yea they talked bout marriage but not indept. It was more like HJ asking YS hos beliefs on marriage and him answering that when what HJ really wanted to ask was his willingness and ability to get married

Ye, I wrote that to calm down (actually had got really invested in this drama since I found it while in a slump but.... here we are) But yea I'm just gonna rum through those 6 episode and took this drama away in the corner

I don't know about the actors upcoming works I just watch dramas as they come for the most part

The servant thing becomes even worse when you realize it makes no sense for him to do that(atleast right now) since she would eventually find out. The servant has no idea that ML is being held captive just that he had to leave urgently. His actions can easily be found out. We know his feelings but logic should still exist especially since he has been shown to atleast have an alright level of intelligence to scheme

You said this much better than I could. Thankfully I'm not crazy in thinking this some BS with how they tipped the scale making the whole relationship dynamic uneven and not just the relationship but the characters as a whole.

No not really there are many vying for the FL's hand but early on it is clear ML is the only one with a chance

TLDR: This some BS they are ruining the show trying to make everyone a saint, and ruining the romance build up by letting the FL alienate the ML at every turn while he steadily goes back to her with no real showing of love from her side.

I like to be hopeful and think they can fix things some way some how and I acted as such in these past few episodes but what did they do? They let me down. What is this BS, they are kissing up to the grandma to no end and trying to make everyone a saint with these flashbacks to show no ACTUALLY this was all a part of the plan☝️. It's actually stupid. The thing that pisses me off is they ruined the romance for me, they have shown me when push come to shove the person keeping the relationship together is ML and nothing else because if this man had any self respect and any self love, they would be done. Time and time again she shows that she puts her family above all else to the extent where she won't even let him in on the plan but will surely use him in the plan. Now to this so called plan, ML was not in on the plan in the slightest, FL had her hunch, called the Yan family steward and was betting on that to end the engagement. Sooo pray tell why couldn't she tell ML? If he wasn't completely and utterly devoted to her he would of given up after that closure fiasco, even if he didn't give up then, he is a smart man he should be able to see that she truly does not give one crap about him just giving him unnecessary painful emotions to stew on.

I have come to terms with the type of show this is now btw, thought it was going to be a mutual love type of thing with two intellectual characters who can back each other up as they know each other to a fault and that is what is trying to be portrayed but it becomes hard to root for the main couple when they show time and time again that FL is purposefully holding things back from the ML for no real reason making it seem like she is just full on using him.

Literally bruh, I thought when shanbao was confronted she would point out the fact that the grandmother did in fact do wrong, she could share how the grandmother might of did things for reasons but atleast acknowledge how wrong she was in certain actions. Instead she really just kissed up to the grandmother and then to top it off this FUCK ASS GRANNY comes up with this BS about granting this conniving bastard's wish, and Shanbao actually agrees! I hope this is all a part of shanbao's scheme for something but ugh this is annoying. If this isn't part of her plan then this is incredibly dumb and will just shows that FL does not like ML on the same level he does her and will make FL look weak willed because she stood up for herself a few episodes ago and a few later she is here kneeling to come back talking about "it's okay once you forgive me"

Im just using what info I have right now as anyone would do, same with new giving me no points then my stance can changed. My point on fake news is her crying scene acting like she was lost her whole family in the ex room for a relationship from 5 years ago. Idk if I said this before but I do believe it's valid for her to have feelings for BH and to want to get back together but she be doing a little too much when she had an ex after him that she dated for so long. You brought up the point that others had exes and I understand what you are saying but they didnt bring both their exes on the show( I keep saying this with the thought process that she agreed to both of them being on at the same time btw). Either way it's whatever my whole thing with this was just that her having two exes on when nobody else does just makes the show feel fake and then her past actions like the over crying and proactiveness with BH make it look more fake when looking back on it after the reveal. Im actually not her hater or nothing, I'm just playing devils advocate for people who point out the craziness of the situation

U right people shouldn't be hating her like throwing death threats and stuff but it's okay to point out her fake crying and the craziness of the situation cause you have to keep in mind she definitely knew two exes were coming on the show.

Preface this by saying I'm not trying to shame her. It is kind of crazy she invited two exes to the show though, since the show is about either recoupling with your ex or someone new. Then add on how she was acting towards BH when she dated the new guy afterwards and apparently for longer and right after ( this could be wrong). It's all kinda crazy, I dont really take it to serious but it does give her the vibe of a fake person

The dude who showed up is R and R wears a mask so I'm guessing he didn't realize or else he would of reacted differently. We dont actually know who he is referring to but it could be assumed it's somebody from the north as R is very heavily affiliated with the north or just simply somebody who would cause chaos like somebody with unorthodox martial arts
