Ok now firstly I find this as confusing as the next person but I came across a comment that said how isbanky was upset how this series was not doing well in Thailand and the viewership wasn't high there. Now in my mind I'm thinking normally people say they are not happy about a series doing well overall but him specifically saying Thailand could be because this series was made with Thai audience in mind. Like you know of a Thai story or legend or like inspired by it to the point of it not including details that international fans may need but Thai people may not as they are familiar with the tale. I had this idea because I previously came across a series (cant remember the name lmk if anyone remembers) that was going to be released but had some problems one of which being that the writers or like someone felt the series was too Thai history focused to the point of coming across as too complicated for international fans. This just popped in my head because of the comment I mentioned at the start. I will say tho it is still like really confusing like I don't get the story at all and I wanna say as much as I love a good gl, it was a bit weird pimxprim's whole moments while pim has a boyfriend and how pim acted completely in love with prim while claiming she had a bf. Like I know people can be oblivious but Gurl you telling me you though you still liked your boyfriend and then went to work and were head over heels for your coworker who you THINK you just admired. hmmmm idk BUTTTT he cheated so he worse I guess idk its bad but I consider pim's actions oblivious cheating and the bf's flipping acknowledged cheating which is worse but its both cheating in my eyes I guess idk.

I will however say that reading my comment again I used 'fake' and that may not be the best word to describe it so I apologise, but I meant maybe superficial which makes sense because of the short time duration but I felt that was kind of 'solved' because of that 'coming out ep' in previous seasons.❤️

I meant the guys are real of course but they seem still superficial with each other which is why this season seems more 'fake' to me, the second season (and as you said first ill be honest don't remember much of first season its been awhile) had that 'coming out ep' which led to them being quite vulnerable with each other and bonding over their hardships and similarities or I guess even differences (I swear the difference between them coming out and their shocked facial expressions for when one of them said he last minute spammed everyone to tell them he was gay hahahahhaha). Regardless point blank I feel that they were not able to get as close as previous seasons because of that and therefore it seems in terms of relationships between people (instead of just lovers ), it was a bit trying not be rude but wishy-washy.
I wanna ask something is it just me who thinks the writers/producers like really set them up in season 2 we had deep conversations about sexuality and how people came out, they talked about all these personal things and got really deep you know like the how you came out and the most you've done for a loved one (dabits storyyyy ahhh) but this season we didn't really get that so they were not able to connect on a more personal and similar level.
In season 2 I feel like the fact that they had the prompt of talking about above topics which were both sensitive and personal but also something they could all relate to (their sexuality, the struggles, their battles), allowed them to connect better and therefore be close even whilst having similar relations.
Like yung hee who liked seon woo and was significantly younger = seungjin liking jaesung
min sung being really close to daenyeol in the start and for most of the show but then choosing hyun jin in the end/ seon being unclear with his feeelings and showing it too late to seongho = seongmin liking hwi and then jaesung nearing the end and being unclear on where he stands
obviously im not saying the comparisons are exactly alike but they have similar threads if you know what I mean.
but they still felt like real and genuine compared to season 3 you know?

😂 okay so I come on here and scroll to see us all fighting and for what. ill be giving my opinion based on a few comments I have read. I'll be honest from the star I love eclipse and only friends, I have seen both star in my mind series and I dropped hidden agenda.
I absolutely LOVED both of KhaoFirst's series and Star in my mind was alright and as you read I dropped hidden agenda. BUTTTT I will admit and I thought this was obvious that JoongDunk's roles weren't the best in Hidden Agenda it was just boring it was like a series where you think it was overall boring you know like I can even be bothered to be specific. NOTICE HOW I SAID THE SCRIPT. (btw sincerely sorry I know some JoongDunk fans may be upset but honestly truth has to be told )
I don't think JoongDunk are bad actors and I acknowledge that some part of me finding and loving KhaoFirst comes from their good selection of series and roles. You know you look at their roles in Only Friends and Eclipse and you think WOW they fit that, that does not take away from the fact that they act well ,like we got to see range in both series from both Khao and First. That is something that we both, didn't get from JoongDunk and wasn't something they were able to show from the scripts and roles they got.
In conclusion, (damn feels like my english teacher telling me to use my transition words AHHHH FLASHBACKS😣😣😣) I talk as a KhaoFirst fan that I know they have had both better scrips and roles compared to JoongDunk but because of that reason I believe in KhaoFirst's acting already, I know they will do amazing because good roles will only take an actor so far but they made me really understand, hate, admire and sympathise with them. AND I look forward to what JoongDunk will show as someone who knows their scripts were bad, hopes this show will be directed well and that they are able to showcase their ABILITIESSSSSS❤️❤️❤️.
