Yes I totally agree with this sentiment. I would much rather see two strong females who happen to both like the ML to simply become good friends instead of the non-FL becoming a villainess. It would be great if Qi Wu accepts the fact the FL is the one the ML loves and chooses to be with, and Qi Wu remains a strong political ally of ML and support ML/FL as a couple.

Thanks for the information. I was finding it odd (but hilarious) that she's always so poor when her true identity is a princess. It's like she fully left her princess life behind - her title, responsibilities, riches, clothes, bodyguards and maids. Almost like she is purposely living a very, very carefree life because she left her old life behind!

I'm also wondering how the FL can live so carefreely in Jianghu considering her true identity is a princess lol. So far the TV series hasn't showed that she has any princess responsibilities, and her only responsibilities are to her sept. Whereas ML is juggling hard all his responsibilities and tasks in his double life...

Never have I enjoyed a meal scene as much as the scene ML eating FL's bowl of noodles (the one she cooked as "tuition fee"). I love the way FL watches the ML eat her bowl of noodles. There has been subtle glimpses and romantic gestures from her, but her long gaze during the scene properly showed she likes him. It's the type of long gaze that typically ML gives the FL, so I love that the FL is the one gazing at the ML in this heart warming scene!

Yes the CGI wasn't the best. But how the actors portrayed their characters and the way the director guided the story telling it was just so awesome. If you can look past the outdated CGI, you should still find the rest of the content enjoyable hopefully.

I also really like that fighting style, it's very feminine. It's kind of rare to see it in Wuxia shows, likely because it involves more CGI compared to other more straight forward fighting techniques. So I appreciate the fight scenes where cloth is used as the weapon.
