Damn, I've never left a comment but here goes. I'm very surprised by this show and how much I enjoyed it. The first 3 ep literally physically hard to watch 😅 but it's worth it. Another thing im surprised by is the absolute hate boner some of y'all have for this show specifically Toh.
Now I can't speak too much, on the whole, having a crush thing (im ace) my only real experience with crushes was strategically picking one because I dead ass thought that was what everyone did. But let's not pretend y'all don't have photos of your favourite musicians up on your walls (K-pop stans im looking at you👀) photo cards, acrylic standees, signed pieces of paper and whatever else with their name or face plastered on to it. Lets also not pretend the show and characters don't address it multiple times to the point that Toh's friends give him strategies "only collect one thing per date till you dont feel the need to collect anymore" I don't know about you but that's genuinely one of the only times a character with a "bad habit" has had it addressed and even been offered solutions.
In ep 13 Nuea was more upset that his bf was collecting these things because he was anticipating their break up than at the fact Toh was collecting them at all. I dare say...hes into it? Did I physically gag every time Toh collected food? Yes, cuz that's gross and if anything im surprised his bedroom didn't smell of rotten food😔 but that aside, Nuea already knew Toh was his "little stalker " before they dated so....shouldn't y'all also have an issue with Nuea? I happen to think he's also weird...just in a different way. I sure as hell don't walk around naked when I have a guest over and if someone did that to hit on me, ide jump out the closest window. At the volunteer stuff they do, "you should only come to bother me" they are both weird in their own little ways.
Did I leave the show with Toh as my favourite character? Nope, but he's a close 4th and he's a great vehicle to tell the story. I'm gonna miss these characters.
