I don't see anything wrong with people being disappointed in the first few episodes and the way it is progressing. After all, it was a highly anticipated drama for many. I haven't watched the episodes myself, but I skimmed through a few scenes after reading many comments mentioning poor VFX/CGI, and it seems to be of low quality. So, please stop calling them haters just because they have different opinions or perspectives.
I have so many dramas on my watchlist that I'm behind, and new ones keep coming. Maybe I should apply for a one-week leave from work to catch up on all the pending and upcoming episodes.
I understand that most of you like the lead actors, but come on, don't "FAKE" it. If it had new actors, you would have thrown all kinds of tantrums. The first two episodes were badly written, and I don’t sense any chemistry between the leads. Even if it is an enemies-to-lovers trope, we should be able to sense some level of chemistry, like what we saw in Borah Deborah. Having said that, I will still continue to watch it, hoping it will get better because nowadays, RomComs are very rare in K-drama.
Being an East Asian drama fan in India can be really frustrating. Netflix takes forever to release new content compared to other regions. Hotstar doesn't have good content. Plus, the WeTV app is banned here. Even on Amazon Prime and Viki, so many dramas are geo-restricted. I don't understand how Youku and Iqiyi managed to escape the "2020 Chinese apps ban order." But who knows, the Indian govt might abruptly ban those apps too. Honestly, I think it's better for us not to subscribe to any OTT platforms and just depend on unofficial websites.
so In India, we will only get episode on June 29th, with the Hindi dubbed version. Netflix can release Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or any other language dubbed version whenever they want. But, they should upload the original version on the same day as it is uploaded in other regions. Netflix India sucks.. 😞
