The first episode was good. But if the plot was that the ML was the one who met with an accident and somehow his family believed the FL was his girlfriend, then the FL and ML eventually making it real would have been a better story.

Are we sure the ML actor is 26? He looks more like 15 or 16! It's shocking. I can't help but envy him, despite being almost three years younger than he is.
