Met with Expectations but Hear me out…..
I have a lot to talk about this drama but I’ll summarise it briefly.Story: I liked it. It was like the Mc was dragged into a random conflict between schools rather than his on personal life. But it felt right when he stood up for his friends. I was happy about one thing related to the past and you can watch it for urself. I won’t spoil. In short the season didn’t disappoint.
Acting: One of the best one in 2025! I really loved the depth, anger, sadness, resentment, the communicating through eyes thing. All of them are definitely good actors and it’s 10/10 for me. The actors didn’t disappoint. The fight scenes were brilliant and executed perfectly.
Now some of the off things are: The story didn’t feel consistent to me. Towards ep 5-6, I felt it was in a way slow but the first few episodes felt like passed too quickly. I wanted the friendship phase to go a lil long. Yes it’s an action drama but in s1 I still can’t forget the moments between Si Eun and Suho. But in s2 things got a bit faster. (Could be totally just my opinion) but I don’t think I would be rewatching it anytime soon.
It was a hit for me but like a one time thing. The Acting saved the day.
