You are better off viewing Rebirth on its own rather than as an addition to PA. Personally, I think PA is bad; the visuals are simply laughable. PA is constantly filmed in front of a green screen; the horseback riding, even the final scene, looks like very bad anime from the last century. It looks like a little puppet drifting away on a torn piece of white paper; you really aren't missing anything at all. Rebirth is high-quality; the cinematography and visuals are spot-on, and riding a real horse looks different than on a wooden one.
