I first also thought that Chungah's father sent her abroad, and left Yichan alone. but after I watched it again , I think the father sent her abroad so she can learn in university special for deaf people (that maybe in 1995, korean is not that fond to deaf people, eunyu said it to eungyeol when he told her how her family treat her , and how chungah also said in last eps that korean now has changed). and the father also said that he will cover all hospital expense of Yichan and also send him to college, which I believe the same school as Chungah😬🙈 at last episode, it was revealed that both Yichan and Chungah were graduated from same school!


BTW I LOVE YOUR TITLE OF REVIEW, its definitely what I felt🍉💙

Finish rewatching #TwingklingWatermelonEp16 , I first hope that Yichan never became deaf, but still I love how they ended the story. Even he became deaf, he still can live his life happily with his family and friends, nothing changes. I think that's the point of this drama. 🍉💙
