hello! well, let me tell you that what Professor Cha Jinman said was all true, the doctors would do a triage in ER, especially in trauma center where many injured patients came. (You can search it in google)
"In medicine, triage is a process by which care providers such as medical professionals and those with first aid knowledge determine the order of priority for providing treatment to injured individuals and/or inform the rationing of limited supplies so that they go to those who can most benefit from it."
as he said before, because the other two were more in urgent condition than the boy, thats why they prioritize to treat them first. the only problem here was they forgot to check on him after treating the other two! (I dont know why the writers did this, maybe they want to remove his character in the future? maybe...)
AND i don't think thats right for you to say that the 80y.o patient should be in grave anyways???! what a nonsense. Ah Reum already said that even they often saw deaths many times, it never easy when they failed to save a patient, even if the patients were over 80y.o! Every patient has same rights, they told us so many times!

i think its not a simple heart attack, since he was a victim of traffic accident. he may have any bleeding inside but not so obvious at first because all his vital sign was good, but like what nurse Oh said, he should have proper examination, maybe any sonography to exclude any internal bleeding. i'm also curious how they will conclude this case! i feel bad for dr Jungπ
