Funny how much people differ. For me, it’s Hidden Love that set the bar too high, anything I try watch after…
thanks for explaining it to me, i didn't see any previous comments and was shocked with the backlash. i think its best i delete my comment so that no one gets hurt by it
Funny how much people differ. For me, it’s Hidden Love that set the bar too high, anything I try watch after…
okay yk wht, i never said WIFTY is better and didn't say whatevery you said. You are the one who keeps saying that hiddel love is better. im not trying to compete you are. and yes my opinion is my opinion and yours is yours, stop getting so riled up
Another day another comments from WIFTY fan , seriously I probably will never watch this drama, after all WIFTY…
im sorry but i never meant to say that WIFTY is better and im sorry if it looked that way but i was just telling my opinion. im actually overwhelmed with the replies with the hate. people have dif opinions and almost every show has flaws and just because you don't like few aspects of it doesn't mean you drop it right away? its honestly so upsetting how afer i just said one bad thing abt the drama which should be considered an opinion and i was respectful with it too but people here are telling me to stop commenting (this is my first comment under this drama) and telling me to drop the drama if i have so much problem. i never said i hated the drama, just few aspects i mentioned. its honestly draining now after replying to them, makes me feel like i did smthing wrong?

thank you for being respectful, i felt the others who replied got a lil angry with my comment but im being very honest it was just an opinion. I didn't bash on the drama, i didn't tell people to not watch it, i didnt say that WIFTY was way better or anything. why can't people take genuine opinions?
When I fly towards you and Hidden Love are both written by the same author. Hidden Love is based on the author's…
im really just seeing this drama from the surface. i haven't seen any info abt it hence i didn't know anything abt the writer or it being her story. im sorry if my comment offended you but I really was just simply giving my opinion abt how i felt abt it till now and no im not trying to bring down this drama, i really am enjoying it. but its just hard to be here if the fans can't take one negative comment abt their fav drama. oh wait i heard that they're are a lot of negative comments everyday but please try to filter them out from genuine opinions.
honestly this is what i was scared of, i just mentioned one flaw i felt abt the drama and you guys couldn't take it. I clearly mentioned that i am enjoying the show and am just giving an opinion on the show just like everyone else here. and I didn't know abt the the seres being cut short. and just because of one remark you all are getting riled up. ik there might be people who are ready to bring this drama down because its popular but im not one of them, i was just simply giving my opinion. i didn't bash on any drama but just simply put my opinion. i do think it might be wrong of me to put WIFTY in the end but why is it okay to say that hidden love set the bar too high but not the same for WIFTY?
just finished watching it and am I the only one who literally had tears in their eyes at the end? It felt like such a journey and we got to know so much of the characters but now that it's over it feels so short. I loved every single thing abt this drama. I don't know abt others but throughout watching this drama, even though I was enjoying every bit of it, deep down I felt sad now and then because I knew I would never find a group of friends like them and have such a happy life. I'm pretty sure I will rewatch this again and again because this is literally the definition of a perfect happy life for me. one thing I felt sad abt is the lack of gu ran and jiang jia bits. their romance could've been developed beautifully in an enemies to lovers way but this is more realistic so I have no complaints! I just wanted more moments of them in a relationship. I also loved how they showed rang rang become such a happy person after meeting su zai zai and his smile is just everything! one of my absolute characters is the fl itself! She was such a great character who was strong, independent and could make decisions for herself but at the same she was naive, clumsy and vulnerable - a perfect balance tho. I don't watch chinese dramas much but my top ones now are Lighter and Princess and this When I fly towards you. I think these two are perfect dramas and the leads have such a healthy relationship with communication. I will forever love watching this and I wish I could watch this over and over again like it was the first time. Thank you so much to all the actors, directors and staff who made it possible to make such a memorable and enjoyable show <3
Please we ain’t like them, if we were them, we use our common sense, obviously we will be in shock but keeps…
there are different kinds of people who have different reactions to certain situations. There were many students who weren't shouting all the time and 'were using their common sense' like the class president and the glasses guy. This drama shows a variety of characters and not everyone is the same.
You know what? Everyone I see is talking abt how annoying the kids are, but honestly I felt like this was the most realistic description of kids. The relationships, the broke comedy, the strange characters, that's how it's like irl. I'm honestly loving this and I just finished episode 3. I loved how they showcased the trauma and how many of the students were just standing still because of the shock. Not everyone can just pick up a gun and shoot. Given the sudden situtaion, I would be too afraid to even move. I feel really bad for lieutenant lee. He's doing his very best taking the best decision for the kids but sometimes being the only one in control and making decisions leads to frustration and then a mistake. Really, it isn't easy to make decision for the benefit of so many people. I love the diverse characters here with different capabilities. This drama is just too realistic. If this happened to the world now, this is how people would act, annoying, selfish, or just won't even be able to move. In this situation it's really hard to think. If you can think then it's hard to act upon it. If you can act upon it then it's hard to nail it. There's just too many odds. What I know is these kids will develop. They will adapt to the situation and they will do the best for themselves or for everyone. I'm really looking forward to the rest of this.
I wasn't really fond of the romance genre in part 1 because it just seemed unnecessary but I must say that they blended the romance so well in this part! I loved seeing yeojung take part in her revenge and how he actually had power which blended everything perfectly. The revenge was really satisfying, and yeonjin screaming in the last episode when dong eun visited her in prison because yeonjin didn't know what bit she didn't know abt her getting caught was sooo satisfying just because how she looked like she was so frustrated! I liked how she made them suffer in the more mental aspect than physical! Really recommend thiss!!
I totally respect your opinion! I had similar thoughts when I was around ep 7 but as I had nothing else to do,…
I agree with that bit too! I felt that too at that time. I personally did not love the college arc as much from the work pov cuz the ml was really not getting any better in that sense! I start liking it as it transitions to the end of their college days and soon the real world. It gets better with not much pov of the work he does but more of their relationship which I was really waiting for throughout the whole college days! Plus, I really love fl's competitiveness and love how she's not the typical weak leads but is actually a normal girl which you can actually find in the world. one of the things I would expect when I start watching any modern chinese dramas is a weak/dumb fl and this pleasantly surprised me! Since I didn't open mdl for a while I ended replying really late, so I'm really sorry abt that! Hope your watch has gotten better now! Please do update me!
Can somebody give info about the show please? Its hard to find between all the stupid gossip about he actors private…
1. They get together at the end of their college days I believe. 2. Yes they do 3. There is a second female lead but she has her own ending in the story. 4. Not exactly annoying but frustrating on the female lead's side but it all gets better.
Watched up to ep 7 so I don‘t know whether it gets better and I actually don‘t care because by now I have…
I totally respect your opinion! I had similar thoughts when I was around ep 7 but as I had nothing else to do, I continued watching and Idk if this is enough to convince you but he really gets better. More than him treating everyone like crap, you'll understand that he's just really straightforward. And by ep 7, I think he's the head of the base right? In that situation he is the superior and has every right to point out their flaws. And they're even getting paid in college. Not everyone gets such a good opportunity! And the ml very well knew the others only joined the base for the extra credits and pay and expected easy work since he was one of them. Not many were actually enthusiastic about the work they were doing. I do agree about the adults were trying to suck up to him, I have no justification for that. But, overall this drama is really really good. I would really want you to watch it with an open mind cuz this is really a gem! And it gets a ton better soon!
I was finally able to finish watching this series today. Even though many may disagree, I loved the child actors way more than the adult actors. Since we saw more of the young actors interacting, I felt they had way more chemistry than the adult actors. of course the adult characters did a great job but I couldn't really connect the two and their chemistry felt lacking. The young actors did an amazing job and I loved the whole vibe this series had with the dreamy and nostalgic vibe!
Episode 3: It makes it 100 times more heart breaking thinking that only he remembers about their past and the fact that this all happened after their first fight. Harumichi had every right to get angry and I really wish she protected him a bit more at the time but it's understandable cuz she's so new to all this. It was really hard to see Harumichi's expression in the end of the episode when he realised that she doesn't remember him? My heart is literally aching right now T_T
