I never thought that in 2022 there was going to be another show like oh my sunshine night that the entire world wanted to end (badly) but still they dared to extend, but here we have a second example. At least this episode they had the fine courtesy to tell viewers a year had passed, how thoughtful. 😍
I didn’t see the warnings about the sad ending, damn this was sad. I loved the show, the chemistry with the “main couple” and even between Zhan and Yu was amazing. I truly hoped than in the end Yue Lou and Yu Zhi walked into the sunset and moved to the country side as he always dreamed and his colleague kindly suggested. But as Zhan said they both lost. The fact that he kept Yu’s rosary and how it was displayed in that final scene was just “I didn’t keep my lover now you will lose yours” truly sad ending didn’t see it coming TBH such a tearjerker.
I started this show with hesitation (another high school drama) but dude was I wrong. It turned out to be a solid comedy with great OST and a lot of sweetness, watching ep 3 I couldn’t stop laughing.

The ending left too many loose ends.
