Look, all have characters have flaws. You're too bias. I just say one thing, and you are overreacting. I think all you care, is superiority of your beloved charactes. I'm not degrading their importance, all I say the writers should have wrote it in compact than lengthening it to 1 1/2 episodes just to episodes how important "brotherly" to Shang Jue. That's all. You need to chill. Anyone also notice that the last two episodes are slowing down because of the characters background when they can write it as "short and sweet" writing. Because the drama is only 24 episode. So chill. No one's fighting you with your beloved.

You're the who obviously have a biased. You're favoring Gong Brothers when I tell them they also have flaws. Haaay. You're the who is full of accusations when I just said something about your favorite. You have to chill.

But I don't think the past SW died at all unless one betrayed another. The SW and the father are the strongest unless they tried to fight each other. I think it's not too deep of the writing especially it's GJM, to not know that one of them, my theory it's Gong Huangyu to orchestrate that scene. He's after for SW treasure that the only true SW can activate, I guess Huangyu is not. It's not they only passing of duties / responsibilities that the keep insisting or babbling about or heck why would they keep fighting about it.. Or else, the anonymous Wufeng wouldn't wait for almost 20 years to start again the plan. They waited for the true SW.

Because I think there's something more from being a Sword Wielder, than just responsibility. Like sort of treasure that only a Sword Wielder can activate, and I think GHY knows it. He's just there to wait for his younger brother because it seems that the elders and father knows that GZY possessed something. So there's theory that GHY might the one who put GZY in that position.

I still think GZY deserves YWS. He knows how to respect a girl and tries to steer away from patriarchal stuff that made his mother depressed from being locked in just one place.

Toxic may seems interesting, but green flag is still the best feeling.

If YWS likes HYS, in my opinion is like just a psychological trauma/problem. 🤣 I just don't think it's love. I'm sorry for all shipping YWS to Mother Raven. I can still see resentment from YWS to HYS. Like he dragged her to this mess.

I understand on the beginning why he doesn't want to be a Sword Wielder at first aside from recognizing his brother for being a SW, it's also because there's Gong Family ways and upbringing, that make people depressed. He wants equality and freedom for all, not just for the patriarch. He admitted he hates the way they act. Even the concubine who stays too long in their place, still doesn't have the right to say. Their words is useless in committee.

Also about upbringing, even other families of Gong have already have biases towards each other even if it's just a rumor. Their pride and ego is eating them. They're already weak even without the two girls entering, in my opinion. There's no one from them who's willing to listen.

BUT EVEN SO, I don't find any Gong Men perfect or really mature. They all have flaws to me. They all do stupid and good things for me towards all the episodes I watched.

But I still think SW is also have something to do with bloodline, that even GHY, can't even activate. They keep the treasures. Reason why, they are still only waiting for GZY. For some reasons, I think Gong Huangyu is not dead, and he really put GZY in that position.

I just hope the focus on main leads now, because the plot moves forward whenever it's main leads, they are really the center of story. Just like on episode 13.

ML for training and key to figuring out why being Sword Wielder is sought after, doubt it is just because of responsibility 🤣. Even from Wufeng Sect, it seems like there are something more. They seem wants to choose candidates.

FL because of learning more from Wufeng, another character unlocked. And the mystery of identity of Yun Wei Shan. This is the most I want to unlock. There's seem more to her background, aside from her sister. To be honest, this the most I'm focus of in the story. I still think she wants to destroy both Wufeng and Gong. Anyway she won't still be free which is HER REAL GOAL even if she married GZY, so might as well, if she have a chance, she'll destroy it.

I NEVER SEE GONG AS PURE GOOD, AND WUFENG AS PURE BAD. There's something to the history of sect. Assassins do orders to do killing but it doesn't mean all of who comprise it, always wants to kill, they are trapped in situations and wants to get out too. Gong Family are also have Family politics, it is seen that there's already underlying problem on the way they handle things, some create rumors, or have biases. One sided to another. Not really an example of peaceful family.

They're the one I see more romantic and ideal. All I feel in second leads is lie all day. I mainly skip them. I don't see romance at all. Just because darker doesn't mean interesting, especially to me. It depends on preferences. I prefer 2nd leads individually though.

Actually I skip parts of GSJ, too much fillers scenes of his attachment with brother that needs to be said in 2 episodes when in fact, it only need one scenes. Plus, there will be reversal later. So I don't dare to conclude immediately that ML is weak for the synopsis says it already.

I don't think GSJ is also SW material. Plus there's elder who almost tell him why he isn't but he just doesn't listen. He already have some biases in my opinion in other family of Gongs even when he's just a child, reason as a SW he can't protect all. The problem of all Gong Men are pride. They should have resolved their issues.

Because some of scenes were deleted. Plus look at the synopsis, it's about character development. If he suddenly become strong, the story will be illogical.

What do you mean, there are different definitions of smart. Plus, we're not sure of GZY motives, he might playing dumb. We see him keep staying in brothel where Ziyi is there. As ZLH says, there will be reversal.

But I feel there is also one thing that HYS hides about his sister. She can't give up and let herself die because the sister is still there, but some says her sister died already, so what's her motivation to continue now, I think it have something to do with her sister that keeps holding her back.

GZY is YWS' girlish dreams. But it's possible that Mother Raven HYS can catch feelings to her

They're 2nd leads. So reasonable screentime for 2nd leads. Don't just expect the main leads to adjust for their screentime. For me, they have enough. Also this is not only mainly focus on Romance, it also have wuxia/jianghu world and family politics/intrigues. It's not a romance centered plot to begin with ☺️. So if you're only into romance, it will not be for you.

It's possible, because ZLH said his character have reversal.

I think they're mainly investigating the mastermind of killings, not just Housekeeper Jia.
