近親者同士の恋愛を否定する人たちは子供のころから「近親者同士の恋愛は禁じられている。いけないこと。」と教え込まれているので悪いこと、変なことだと思い込んでいるだけです。
洗脳されているのと同じです。

生まれてくる子供が奇形や先天的疾患を持つ確率が高いから近親者同士の結婚が禁止されているだけで、誰が近親者同士の恋愛はいけない・変だと判断できるのでしょうか。

私はこの作品を見て変だとも気持ち悪いとも思いません。
たまたま愛した人が兄妹だった。それだけのことだと思います。

あなたは現実と創作物の区別がつかないんですか？
創作物での表現は自由です。ドラマ・映画・漫画・アニメ等で小児性愛を扱うのが何が問題なんですか？創作物ですよ？
日本人は現実と創作物を分けて考えられます。
人権上現実では幼児に危害を加えるのは問題ですが、創作物上の人物は人間ですらないので問題ないと考えます。
何故区別できないのでしょうか。

あなたの国でも殺人は違法行為ですよね？
「人を殺すなんてありえない！」と創作物の作者に抗議したことありますか？

では何故小児性愛について同じように考えられないのでしょうか。
